i <br /> CGM:WG:9/6/74 <br /> Q�i�t�����L <br /> 7' 2 '7 � �a� .74 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O. <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING FINAL MAP OF <br /> WOODSIDE ACRES CONDOMINIUM SUBDIVISION, REDWOOD <br /> CITY, CALIFORNIA <br /> WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works and the Planning <br /> Commission of the City of Redwood City have previously approved <br /> the final map for Woodside Acres Condominium Subdivision; and <br /> WHEREAS, Subdivider wishes to obtain the approval of <br /> said final map by the Council of the City of Redwood City; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, this Council has determined that the said final <br /> map is in conformity with the requirements of Chapter 30 of <br /> the Code of the City of Redwood City and that it is satisfied <br /> with the plan of subdivision and wishes to approve said final <br /> map; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS : <br /> That certain final map of Woodside Acres Condominium <br /> Subdivision in the City of Redwood City, prepared by Edwin H . <br /> Smith, civil engineer, for polores J.
