i <br /> CGM:wg:9/20/74 R <br /> �, � �, � ��� 2 s ����a <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O. <br /> a���INA� <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE INSTALLATION <br /> OF A SUSPENDED CEILING SYSTEM MULTI-PURPOSE ROOM AT THE <br /> FAIR OAKS COMMUNITY CENTER; AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING <br /> THE CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> specifications for the installation of a suspended ceiling <br /> system multi-purpose room at the Fair Oaks Community Center, <br /> in the City of Redwood City; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the same and desires to <br /> signify its approval thereof and authorize and direct the City <br /> Clerk to advertise for bids for the installation of a suspended <br /> ceiling system multi-purpose room; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS : <br /> 1. Those certain specifications entitled "General Specifi- <br /> cations and Special Provisions for the Suspended Ceiling System <br /> Multi-Purpose Room Fair Gaks Community Center, " prepared by <br /> the Director of Buildings and Transportation and presently on <br /> file in the office of the City Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> 2 . The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> call for bids for the installation of a suspended ceiling system <br /> multi-purpose room at the Fair Oaks Community Center as designated <br /> in the aforementioned specifications, said advertisement to be <br /> in the form of that certain "Notice of Sealed Bids" set forth <br /> in the above mentioned contract documents. <br /> � * * <br /> � � � � <br /> I <br />
