"72 '7 ` ��p23 �974 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING REVISED SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE <br /> FURNISHING AND INSTALLATION OF STEEL BOOK STACKS; AND <br /> AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> revised specifications for the furnishing and installation of <br /> steel book stacks which are to be used for municipal purposes; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the same and desires to <br /> signify its approval thereof and authorize the City Clerk to call <br /> for bids for such equipment; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS : <br /> l. Those certain revised specifications prepared in the <br /> office of the City Manager and on file in the office of the City <br /> Clerk, consisting of notice of sealed bids , instructions to <br /> bidders and general conditions, technical specifications, bid <br /> forms and agreement, for the furnishing of and installation of <br /> steel book stacks to be used for municipal purposes are hereby <br /> approved. <br /> 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> advertise for bids for the furnishing of and installation of said <br /> equipment in accordance with the revised specifications therefor, <br /> said advertisement to be in the form of that certain notice of <br /> sealed bids set forth in the above mentioned revised specifications . <br /> * * * <br /> � <br />
