i MSrt:sh 9/24/74 R E S O �, U T I O N N O. f � Q� �� '�y�� RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTZON OF ��NAL AGREEMENT FOR PERSONAL SERVICES RELATING TO THE OPERATION OF A CHILD DAY CARE PROGRAM AT FAIR OAKS COMMt7NITY CENTER WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 7097, adopted January 21, 1974, the City of Redwood City and Peninsula Youth Center, Inc. , a non-profit corporation, entered into an agreement terminating June 30, 1974, providing expert services by Peninsula Youth Center, Inc. , relating to the preparation for and operation of, a child day care program at the Fair Oaks Community Center; and WHEREAS, this Council finds that the continued operation of a day care center at the Fair Oaks Community Center is in the publiC interest; and WHEREAS, Peninsula Youth Center, Inc. , is in receipt of a grant af funds from the California State Department of Education granted for the purpose of financing the aforementioned expert services during the fiscal year July 1, 1974-June 30, 1975; and WHEREAS, this Council desires to enter into an agreement with Peninsula Youth Center, Inc. , for the providing of such services at the Fair Oaks Community C�nter during the fiscal year July 1, 1974- June 30, 1975; NOW, THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOW5: 'I�hat certain agreement entitled "Agreement" by and between the City of Redwood City and Peninsula Youth Center, a copy of wh�ch agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for full particulars concern- ing the terms and conditions thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute the agreement approved herein for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. * * * �� Q � I
