i <br /> MSR:dp; 9/25/74 <br /> ���G1�1�L <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O . ��� ��.,j, � ���� <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE FURNISHING <br /> AND INSTALLATION OF AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM--DAY CARE <br /> CENTER---FAIR OAKS COAM+IUNITY CENTER; AND AUTHORIZ ING <br /> CITY CLERK TO CALL FUR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> specifications for the furnishing and installation of an air <br /> conditioning system in the Day Care Center at the Fair Oaks <br /> Community Center at 2600 Mi.ddlefield Road in the City of Redwood <br /> City; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Council. has reviewed the same and desires to <br /> signify its approval thereaf and authorize the City Clerk to call <br /> for bids for the furnishin� and installation of said air condi- <br /> tioning system; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE; COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1 . Those certain specifications prepared in the office of <br /> the City Manager and on file in the office of the City Clerk, <br /> consisting of notice of sealed bids, instructions to bidders and <br /> general conditions, specifications bid forms and agreement, for <br /> the furnishing and installation of a certain air conditioning system <br /> described therein to be used for municipal purposes, are hereby <br /> approved. <br /> 2 .
