MSR:sh:10/3�JJ74 <br /> G►�������,L <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O . � � v � ��j�� ,� �c��� <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING LEASE AGREEMENT AND BID DOCUMENTS <br /> RELATING TO, AND AUTHORIZING CALL FOR BIDS FOR, LEASE <br /> OF CERTAIN CITY-OWNED PROPER'I'Y FOR VEHICULAR PARKING <br /> PURPOSES <br /> WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council a <br /> lease agreement for the lease of certain City-owned real <br /> property for vehicular parking, for the term of one year, <br /> with option to extend for additiona7. one year terms, commenc- <br /> ing upon the first day of the month following the date upon <br /> which the lease is awarded to the successful bidder by the <br /> Council of the City of Redwood City; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed said lease agreement <br /> and the bid documents pertaining thereto, and desires to <br /> approve the same, and authorize a call for bids therefor; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS : <br /> l, That certain lease agreement, entitled "Lease Ag.ree- <br /> ment - Parking Facilit�.es, " and those certain bid documents <br /> consisting of Noti.ce to Bidders, Instructions to Bidders, and <br /> Proposal, are hereby approved. <br /> 2.
