MINUTE ORDER <br /> REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY MEETING <br /> CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> <br /> February 25, 2002 <br /> <br /> MO RD 02-04 <br /> <br />CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br />Redwood City <br /> <br />DATE: February 26, 2002 <br /> <br />Attention: City Attorney <br /> Planning Department <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Approval of legal services agreement with McDonough, Holland and <br /> Allen, for representation related to redevelopment and City real <br /> property/land use services; <br /> <br />Meeting of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City on February 25, <br />2002 <br /> <br />Present: Directors Hartnett, Howard, Jordan, Ruskin, Pierce, Vice Mayor Ira and Mayor Claire <br />Absent: None <br /> <br />The following motion was made, carded and entered on the Minutes: <br /> <br />M/S:Hartnett/Pierce -That both the Agency and the City approve a legal services <br />agreement with McDonough, Holland and Allen and authorize the City Attorney/General <br />Counsel to execute same; <br />-That the Agency approves the use of funds already budgeted in the Agency general fund <br />(807) for attorney services for costs associated with this agreement; <br />-That the City approves the use of funds already budgeted in the City general fund for <br />paralegal services for costs associated with this agreement; <br /> <br />The motion passed by a unanimous roll call vote. <br /> <br />Patricia Howe <br />Redevelopment Agency Secretary <br /> <br /> <br />
