RD 01-06 <br />CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br />Redwood City <br /> <br />DATE: May 2, 2001 <br /> <br />Attention: City Attorney <br /> <br />SUBJECT Franklin Street Area - Next Steps; <br /> <br />Meeting of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City on April 23, 2001 <br /> <br />Present: Directors Hartnett, Howard, Ira, Pierce, Vice Mayor Claire and Mayor Ruskin <br /> <br />Absent: Jordan <br /> <br />The following motion was made, carried and entered on the Minutes: <br /> <br /> M/S Hartnett/Claire- to approve the Redevelopment Plan; direct staff to begin <br /> the Owner Participation process implementing this plan and that the requirement <br /> include the old Bekins building be included and either tom down or utilized in <br /> some way as part of the overall plan. <br /> <br /> The motion passed by a majority roll call vote with Agency Members Pierce and <br /> Ruskin voting no and Agency Member Jordan absent. <br /> <br />Patricla Howe <br />Redevelopment Agency Secretary <br /> <br /> <br />
