Ahem and Andrew <br />Raymundo each receiving 3 votes. <br /> <br />MS: Jordan/Pierce to postpone a second vote until the entire Council is present. The <br />motion passed by a unanimous voice vote by those present with Council Member Ruskin <br />absent. <br /> <br />The motion passed by a majority roll call vote by those present. <br /> <br />Patricia S.
