03/11/2013 <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 15251 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AN APPROPRIATION IN THE <br /> AMOUNT OF $350,000 WITHIN THE REDWOOD CITY CAPITAL <br /> PROJECTS FUND FOR THE INNER HARBOR PRECISE PLAN <br /> PROJECT <br /> WHEREAS, a fund known as the Capital Projects Fund has been <br /> established; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City owns multiple properties in the area designated Inner <br /> Harbor; and <br /> WHEREAS, there is a desire of the City Council to engage the community <br /> in a planning study for the development of the Inner Harbor; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Community Development Department intends to lead a <br /> community engagement process, including planning and environmental review; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, City staff has requested that the City Council approve an <br /> appropriation from the Capital Projects Fund for the inner Harbor Precise Plan <br /> Project in the amount of Three Hundred Fifty Thousand ($350,000) dollars for the <br /> purposes of this project. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1.
