P- 2198 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF FOURTH <br /> AMENDMENT TO REDWOOD CITY YACHT HARBOR LOAN (CONTRACT 91- <br /> 102-204)WITH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF BOATING <br /> AND WATERWAYS <br /> Whereas, the State Department of Boating and Waterways of the State of <br /> California (the "Department") and the City of Redwood City, by and through its Board of <br /> Port Commissioners, (the "Port") desire to modify the terms of the Contract Document <br /> entered into by and between the Department and the Port on January 20, 1982; and <br /> Whereas, the amendment proposed by the Department and the Port provides <br /> that the security for the repayment of the loan granted by the Department to the Port will <br /> be on a parity basis with the security provided by the Port of the repayment of the <br /> Revenue Bonds, Series 1999 and Series 2012, issued by the Port. <br /> NOW THEREFORE: <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF <br /> REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Fourth Amendment to Contract", between the <br /> City of Redwood City acting by and through its Board of Port Commissioners, and the <br /> Department of Boating and Waterways, a copy of which is on file in the office of the Port <br /> Executive Director to which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars <br /> thereof, is hereby approved, and the Port Executive Director is hereby authorized and <br /> directed to execute such agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City, <br /> acting by and through its Board of Port Commissioners. <br /> RESO 4TH AMENDMENT <br /> RWC YACHT HARBOR LOAN <br /> w/DBW:CH:3/27/13 1 OF 2 S*��� <br />
