RESOLUTION NO. P- 2204 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SBA 2012 TC ASSETS, LLC TO SUBLET A <br /> PORTION OF THE TOWER SITE LOCATED AT 121 HINMAN ROAD, <br /> REDWOOD CITY <br /> ( SBA 2012 TC Assets, LLC — Site No. CA45262-A) <br /> WHEREAS, the Port of Redwood City and Nextel of California, Inc. <br /> ("Nextel") entered into a lease agreement dated July 5, 2000, (the "Lease"), for <br /> the occupancy by Nextel of a site located at 755 Hinman Road, currently known <br /> as 121 Hinman Road, Redwood City, CA (the "Site"). <br /> WHEREAS, on or about September 23, 2008, Nextel assigned its interest <br /> in the lease agreement to Tower Entity 7 LLC, a predecessor in interest to <br /> TowerCo Assets, LLC, with the approval of the Port. <br /> WHEREAS, TowerCo Assets, LLC changed its name on or about October <br /> 19, 2012, to SBA 2012 TC Assets, LLC. <br /> WHEREAS, SBA 2012 TC Assets, LLC desires to sublet a portion of the <br /> Site to NEXTNAV, LLC. <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Lease, SBA 2012 <br /> TC Assets, LLC is required to obtain approval of this Board to sublet a portion of <br /> the Site. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS OF <br /> THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> - 1 - <br /> Reso 203 e� <br /> FXS/fs a�� <br /> 04/17/13 S� <br />
