MSR:lt:9/24/73 <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> OCT 1, 73 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 7009 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT FOR THE FURNISHING OF <br /> ONE MECHANIZED FILE; AND REJECTING ALL OTHER BIDS <br /> RECEIVED <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 6982, adopted August 27, <br /> 1973, the City Clerk called for bids for the furnishing of one <br /> mechanized file, to be used for municipal purposes; and <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to said call, bids were received and filed <br /> with the City Clerk for the furnishing of said equipment; and <br /> WHEREAS, REMINGTON RAND, San Jose, California, is the lowest <br /> responsible bidder for the furnishing of said equipment, and it is <br /> the intention and desire of this Council to award said bid to <br /> Remington Rand; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. The bid of Remington Rand, in the total net delivered <br /> price to the City of Redwood City of Four Thousand Three Hundred <br /> Sixty-four and 08/100 Dollars ($4, 364.08) , for the furnishing of <br /> one mechanized file, in accordance with the specifications therefor, <br /> is hereby accepted and said bidder is hereby declared to be the <br /> lowest responsible bidder for the furnishing of said equipment. <br /> 2 . Any informalities in the bid mentioned in paragraph 1 <br /> hereof are hereby waived. <br /> 3. Any and all other bids received by the City of Redwood <br /> City for the furnishing of the above mentioned equipment, other <br /> than the bid mentioned in paragraph 1 hereof, are hereby rejected. <br />
