MSR -g10/10/73 <br /> OCT 15, 73 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO . 7020 ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT FOR THE FURNISHING OF <br /> FOUR AUTOMOBILES; AND REJECTING ALL OTHER BIDS <br /> RECEIVED <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 6995, adopted September 17 , <br /> 1973, the City Clerk called for bids for the furnishing of four <br /> automobiles, to be used for municipal purposes ; and <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to said call, bids were received and <br /> filed with the City Clerk for the furnishing of said equipment; and <br /> WHEREAS, DODGE CENTER, Redwood City, California, is the <br /> lowest responsible bidder for the furnishing of said equipment, and <br /> it is the intention and desire of this Council to award said bid <br /> to Dodge Center; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS ; <br /> 1 . The bid of Dodge Center, in the total net delivered <br /> price to the City of Redwood City of Fifteen Thousand Two Hundred <br /> Seventy-five and 44/100 Dollars ($15, 2.75.44) , for the furnishing of <br /> four automobiles, in accordance with the specifications therefor, <br /> is hereby accepted and said bidder is hereby declared to be the <br /> lowest responsible bidder for the furnishing of said equipment . <br /> 2 . Any informalities in the bid mentioned in paragraph 1 <br /> hereof are hereby waived. <br /> 3 . Any and all other bids received by the City of Redwood <br /> City for the furnishing of the above mentioned equipment, other <br /> than the bid mentioned in paragraph 1 hereof, are hereby rejected. <br /> * * * <br />
