MSR:lt:10/9/73 <br /> <br /> OCT 15' 73 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 7021 ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE FURNISHING <br /> OF ONE TILTING PLATFORM TRAILER; AND AUTHORIZING CITY <br /> CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> specifications for the furnishing of one tilting platform trailer, <br /> to be used for municipal purposes; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the same and desires to <br /> signify its approval thereof and authorize the City Clerk to call <br /> for bids for the furnishing of said equipment; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. Those certain specifications prepared in the office of <br /> the City Manager and on file in the office of the City Clerk, con- <br /> sisting of notice of sealed bids, instructions to bidders and <br /> general conditions, specifications, bid forms and agreement, for <br /> the furnishing of one tilting platform trailer, to be used for <br /> municipal purposes, are hereby approved. <br /> 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to call <br /> for bids for the furnishing of said equipment designated in the <br /> aforementioned specifications. <br />
