DES :yc: 10/12/73 <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> R E S O L U T I O N NO. 7029 OCT 15 '73 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE <br /> LANDSCAPING OF FAIR OAKS COMMUNITY CENTER <br /> WI-HEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> plans and specifications for the construction of landscaping for <br /> Fair Oaks Community Center in the City of Redwood City; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the same and desires to <br /> signify its approval thereof and authorize the City Clerk to call <br /> for bids for the construction of said community center; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS : <br /> 1. Those certain plans entitled "Fair Oaks Community Center <br /> Landscaping, " and those certain specifications entitled "General <br /> Specifications and Special Provisions for the Construction of <br /> Fair Oaks Community Center Landscaping in the City of Redwood City, <br /> California, " prepared by the Director of Public Works and on file <br /> in the office of the City Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> 2 . The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> advertise for bids for the construction of the landscaping for <br /> Fair Oaks Community Center, in accordance with the plans and <br /> specifications therefor, said advertisement to be in the form of <br /> that certain "Notice to Contractors" set forth in the above <br /> mentioned specifications. <br />
