CGM:sg:11/2/73 <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> itwis <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 7033 <br /> RESOLUTION GRANTING EXCEPTIONS TO CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF <br /> CHAPTER 30 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY - <br /> CHALLENGE DEVELOPMENTS, INC. <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 30.6 of the Code of the City of <br /> Redwood City, the Planning Commission has recommended approval of <br /> the application of the subdivider of the real property hereinafter <br /> described for exception to the provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code <br /> of the City of Redwood City to allow all of the proposed lots of <br /> the subdivision, except Lot A, to have less than 50 feet of street <br /> frontage, to have less than 90 feet of lot depth, and to have less <br /> than 6,000 square feet of lot area; and <br /> WHEREAS, the property for which application for exception is <br /> made is that certain real property situate in the City of Redwood <br /> City, County of San Mateo, State of California, described as <br /> follows: <br /> 1647 Kentfield Avenue and 1630 Union Avenue; <br /> being all of Lot 6 and a portion of Lot 7, <br /> less southeasterly 50 feet by 130 feet, Block F, <br /> Woodside Acres; Assessor' s Parcel No. 059-072- <br /> (070, 260) ; R-2 District; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has found and reported to <br /> this Council that exceptional circumstances and conditi ns exist <br /> which affect said property; the exceptions applied for are necessary <br /> for preservation and enjoyment of substantial property rights of <br /> petitioner; that the granting of said exceptions will not be detri- <br /> mental to the public welfare or be injurious to other property in <br /> the neighborhood in which the property is situated; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br />
