'GM:lt:10/15/73 <br /> e ORIGINAL <br /> L NOV 5 .5 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O. `70 "` 1 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> GRADE CROSSING AGREEMENT <br /> WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the proposed grade <br /> crossing agreement for the realignment of the existing Southern <br /> Pacific Transportation Company' s crossing at Broadway and desires <br /> to signify its approval and authorize its execution thereof; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br /> City and Southern Pacific Transportation Company, relating to the <br /> improvement of the Broadway crossing (PUC No. E- 25.4) , a copy of <br /> which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk to which <br /> copy reference is hereby made for full particulars concerning the <br /> terms and conditions thereof, is hereby approved and the Mayor and <br /> City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute the same <br /> on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br />
