DES:yc :ll/2/73 <br /> ORIGINAL' <br /> NOV 5 'Tf <br /> R E S O L U T I O N NO. <br /> 7 04 2 <br /> r ' RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR CONSULTING SERVICES RELATING TO GENERAL <br /> () 13P- 3 INSURANCE COVERAGE <br /> 1 � <br /> WHEREAS, this City requires consulting services to review and <br /> analyze its present general insurance coverage programs, and <br /> further requires the preparation of specifications for new such <br /> insurance coverage, and related consulting services; and <br /> WHEREAS, RISK TREATMENT SERVICES COMPANY, INC. , has repre- <br /> sented that it possesses the knowledge and expertise to provide <br /> the aforesaid consulting services; and <br /> WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council an agreement <br /> by and between the City of Redwood City and Risk Treatment Services <br /> Company, Inc. , for the performance of the aforesaid consulting <br /> services, and it is the intention and desire of this Council to <br /> approve said agreement and authorize its execution; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Agreement (Consulting <br /> Services) - General Insurance Program Review and Analysis, " by <br /> and between the City of Redwood City and Risk Treatment Services <br /> Company, Inc. , a copy of which agreement is on file in the office <br /> of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for <br /> full particulars concerning the terms and conditions thereof, , <br /> is hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized and <br /> directed to execute said agreement for and on behalf of the City <br /> of Redwood City. <br />
