The sum of Three Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($3, 500 . 00) <br /> is hereby transferred from the appropriation for supplies and <br /> other services of the budgeted reserves, Department of City <br /> Controller, to the appropriation for supplies and other services, <br /> Department of City Manager.
