GENERAL - Continued from the Regular Meeting of June 8, 1992 <br /> A. PUBLIC HEARING - Hearing concerning the proposed resolutions of necessity <br /> to acquire certain parcels within the Site Map of Sequoia Station <br /> louis and Sandra Schiavone 1025 El Camino Real <br /> Robert and Janis Cook 29 to 31 James Avenue <br /> Redevelopment Agency Attorney Schricker advised this hearing was continued <br /> open from the regular Agency meeting of June 8, 1992 which adjourned at <br /> 1:16 a.m. June 9th to today on the necessity hearings under the eminent <br /> domain law on the parcels of property owned by Mr. and Mrs. Cook and Mr. <br /> and Mrs. Schiavone in the Sequoia Station Redevelopment Area. The <br /> necessity hearing is held under the eminent domain law for the protection <br /> of the rights of the property owners as well as the public when a public <br /> agency requires a property by eminent domain. The issues up for discussion <br /> at a necessity hearing relate to the findings that the public necessity and <br /> interest require the proposed Project, that the proposed Project is planned <br /> and located in a manner that will be the most compatible with the greatest <br /> public good and the least private injury, the properties described in the <br /> Adj.
