ORAL COMMUNICATIONS <br /> Vic Holbrook, owner of 1001 Jefferson Blvd., asked the Agency why it <br /> authorized another appraisal of his property if the grade separation project <br /> is three to five years away. Community Development Director Pawloski <br /> explained that funds for the project may be available as early as 1994, and <br /> Agency Director Church described housing plans for the two properties that <br /> would become landlocked when the grade separation is complete.
