Redevelopment Agency FY 1993/94 Budget; REPORT: Redevelopment Agency Director, August 16, 1993 Redevelopment Agency Director Church presented the staff report, and described the revisions directed by Council, including: 1) incorporating public input into the economic development strategy; 2) revised amount taken by the State, $151,000; and 3) updated, actual year end balance. Joe Steinfeld, Main Street merchant, Redwood City, asked Council to explain the Agency's expenditures for the Fox Theatre, specifically the cost of new water mains to operate the new sprinklers, and what guarantees exist to protect the City's and the Agency's investments.
