Box 391, City Hall, Redwood City, California; That the nature of the interest or estate of the City of Redwood City in fee and to the real property upon which the aforesaid public work consisted generally of replacing 165 linear feet of 48-inch corrugated metal storm drain pipe with new 48-inch dual wall high density polyethylene storm drain pipe and rehabilitation of existing 12-inch cast iron pipe water main by installing new 12-inch butterfly isolation valve and cathodic protection.
