PUBLIC COMMENT Joe Steinfeld, Council candidate, 850 Main Street, Redwood City, spoke about the Planning Commission's meeting several weeks ago where the lease plans for the property formerly known as Park Chevrolet were discussed. The second part of the meeting was taken up by the Main/Middlefield project, and after that meeting Mr. Steinfeld filed an appeal against the approval of the project, citing the lack of adequate parking as the main objection. Mr. Steinfeld added that parking requirement recommendations regarding the Main/Middlefield project had been inadequately addressed by staff. Ralph Garcia, 129 Poplar Avenue, member of the Planning Commission responded to Mr. Steinfeld's comments regarding parking at the Main/Middlefield project advising that the instance he cited was simply a guestimate by staff. --------------------------------------------------------______n______------------------------------------------------ At 10:55 P.M., MIS: BUCHAN/LA BERGE TO EXTEND THE MEETING TO 11:15 P.M.
