P- 2215 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR THE RAIL SPUR <br /> IMPROVEMENT PROJECT AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING <br /> ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents for the Rail Spur Improvement Project at <br /> the Port of Redwood City, 675 Seaport Blvd., Redwood City, California, have <br /> been presented to, and reviewed by, this Board of Port Commissioners; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Board of Port Commissioners desires to signify its <br /> approval thereof and authorize and direct the Port Executive Director to advertise <br /> for bids for the work therein described; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS OF <br /> THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. Those certain contract documents entitled, �Contract Documents for <br /> the Rail Spur Improvement Project," located at the Port of Redwood City, <br /> Redwood City, California, prepared JMA Civil, Inc. of Pleasanton, CA, a copy of <br /> which documents is on file in the office of the Port Executive Director, are hereby <br /> approved. <br /> 2.
