OB-14-01 <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE OVERSIGHT BOARD OF THE SUCCESSOR <br /> AGENCY TO THE REDWOOD CITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br /> APPROVING THE ADMINISTRATIVE BUDGET FOR THE PERIOD OF <br /> JULY 1, 2014 THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 2014 (14-15A) <br /> WHEREAS, the Successor Agency submitted the proposed administrative <br /> budget for the period of July 1, 2014 through December 31, 2014 ("Administrative <br /> Budget 14-15A") to the Oversight Board for approval; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Oversight Board held a public meeting on February 13, 2014 <br /> and considered the Administrative Budget 14-15A following the notice required by law. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE OVERSIGHT BOARD OF THE SUCCESSOR <br /> AGENCY TO THE REDWOOD CITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY DOES HEREBY <br /> RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> Section 1. The recitals set forth above are true and correct and incorporated <br /> herein. <br /> Section 2. The Oversight Board hereby approves the Administrative Budget 14- <br /> 15A, attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> Section 3.
