The purpose of this program is to conduct predator damage management to reduce predation <br /> of the federally listed California clapper rail and salt marsh harvest mouse from various <br /> predators as listed in the City of Redwood City's Predator Management Plan for Redwood <br /> Shores Peninsula as outlined in the Cooperative Service Agreement signed May 2013. Upon <br /> receipt of funds from the City of Redwood City for Predator Management, USDA-WS will <br /> continue ongoing predator management activities. <br /> 2. WS will attempt to wark this project with another project when possible, to make the <br /> predator management activities stretch over a longer time period each year. <br /> 3. WS will conduct predator removal activities within the guidelines described in the City of <br /> Redwood City Predator Management Plan for the Redwood Shores Peninsula. <br /> 4. There will be occasional periodic compulsory training required for safety and skill <br /> enhancements that the WS employee will be required to complete, while charging against <br /> this contract. <br /> 5. WS employee working this project will keep the City apprized of predator management , <br /> activities on a monthly basis while work is being conducted. <br />
