Proclamation in honor of Officer Robert Steaveson, recipient of the Redwood City Police <br /> Department Medal of Valor, December, 1995; <br /> Mayor Hartnett presented the proclamation to Officer Robert Steaveson and thanked him <br /> on behalf of the City Council and the people of Redwood City for his ability to do his job in <br /> a skilled and professional manner in the face of grave danger. The audience gave Officer <br /> Robert Steaveson a standing ovation. <br /> B.
