Ordinance amending Article VII of Chapter 20 (the "Parking <br /> Ordinance") of the Code of the City of Redwood City for modifications to <br /> the suspension of ineter rates for holidays and city festivals <br /> AGENDA ITEM: 7.4A (703) <br /> Meeting of the Joint City Council and Successor Agency Board of Redwood City <br /> on June 9, 2014. <br /> Present: Council Members Aguirre, Howard, Seybert, Vice Mayor Foust and Mayor Gee <br /> M/S Seybert/Foust <br /> 1. By motion, (1) to find that strict compliance with Division 4 of the Parking <br /> Ordinance (Municipal Code Chapter 20, Article VII) would not serve the <br /> public interest, and (2) to approve the temporary suspension of parking <br /> meter rates in downtown on Friday, July 4th, 2014. <br /> 2.
