By motion, (1) to find that strict compliance with Division 4 of the Parking <br /> Ordinance (Municipal Code Chapter 20, Article VII) would not serve the <br /> public interest, and (2) to approve the temporary suspension of parking <br /> meter rates in downtown on Friday, July 4th, 2014. <br /> 2.
