<br />SWC:rks 4/19/84 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. <br /> <br />9561 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />APR 2 3 1984 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />REVOCABLE PERMIT FOR FIRE ENGINE NO. 9 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Grant of Revocable Permit - <br /> <br />Fire Engine No.9" by and between the City of Redwood City and <br /> <br />Redwood City Firemens' Association, Incorporated, granting to <br /> <br />said association the exclusive use of City's antique Fire Engine <br /> <br />No.9, subject to certain conditions stated therein, which permit <br /> <br />is on file in the office of the City Clerk, is hereby approved, <br /> <br />and the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute said <br /> <br />agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />9561 <br />
