S2P.3 <br /> <br />Jhi' <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING FINAL MAP OF DOLPHIN <br />SUBDIVISION NO. I WITHIN'.:GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT <br />l-64, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN <br />CONDITIONS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />I. That certain final map of Dolphin Subdivision No. I <br /> <br />within General Improvement District No. 1-64 in the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City, prepared by Lawrence G. Brian and Company for <br /> <br />Leslie Properties, Inc., owner of record of said subdivision, <br /> <br />heretofore approved by the Planning Commission of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City on January 14, 1969, is hereby approved, and all <br /> <br />offers of land for public use therein made on said map are hereby <br /> <br />accepted subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />(a) Prior to the delivery of said map to the owner of <br />said subdivision and prior to its recordation the <br />owner or subdivider of said subdivision shall deposit <br />with the City of Redwood City the sum of six Thousand <br />Nine Hundred Dollars ($6,900.00) for payment to the <br />City for purchase and installation of street trees <br />within said subdivision. <br /> <br />(b) Prior to the delivery of said map to the owner of <br />said subdivision and prior to its recordation the <br />owner of said subdivision shall deposit with the <br />City of Redwood City conveyances of land for (I) park <br />purposes and (2) easements within interior waterways <br />for boating and other water recreational uses and <br />purposes and for waterway maintenance and other <br />purposes, on forms approved by the City. Said <br />conveyances shall be recorded after recordation of <br />the final map approved herein. <br /> <br />(c) Prior to the delivery of said map to the owner of <br />said subdivision and prior to its recordation the <br />owner,-,of said subdivision shall deposit with city's <br />City Manager evidence (by copies of agreements, or <br />otherwise) of provision by said owner for termination, <br />within one year, of certain roadway easements for <br />use of that road commonly referred to as Radio Road <br />within said subdivision. <br /> <br />2. It is hereby found and determined that the said final <br /> <br />map is in conformity with the requirements of Chapter 30 of the <br />
