CGM:dp: l/31/78 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 7992 ORIGINAL <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING FEB 6 1978 <br /> SERVICES FOR ADDITIONS AND RENOVATIONS TO THE <br /> COMMUNITY SWIMMING POOL <br /> WHEREAS , the City of Redwood City requires expert <br /> architectural and engineering services and construction <br /> administration services in connection with the design and <br /> construction of building and swimming pool additions , site <br /> improvements and remodeling to the community swimming pool <br /> located at Red Morton Community Park; and <br /> WHEREAS, Design & Engineering Systems , Inc. has represented <br /> to City that it is qualified and duly licensed to perform <br /> expert architectural and engineering services to the afore- <br /> said facilities; and <br /> WHEREAS , this Council has been presented this agreement <br /> by and between the City of Redwood City and Design & Engineering <br /> Systems, Inc. for the above mentioned services and it is the <br /> desire of this Council to enter into this agreement; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS : <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Agreement (Engineering <br /> and Architectural Services, Additions and Renovations - <br /> Community Swimming Pool) , " a copy of which agreement is on <br /> file in the office of the City Clerk to which copy reference <br /> is made for the full terms and conditions thereof, is hereby <br /> approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized and <br /> directed to execute said agreement for and on behalf of the <br /> City of Redwood City. <br /> 7 99 2 <br />
