. -' DES:yc :l/13/78 Original JAN 16, 1978 R E S O L U T I O N N 0. 7981 RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF REVISED AGREEMENT RELATING TO SALE OF, AND FUTURE CONSTRUCTION UPON, LOTS 13, 14 AND 15, BLOCK l, FARM HILL SUBDIVISION NO. 5, REDWOOD CITY; AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 7958 WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 7958, entitled "Resolution Approving and Authorizing Execution of Agreement Relating to Sale of, and Future Construction Upon, Lots 13, 14 and 15, Block 1, Farm Hill Subdivision No. 5 , Redwood City, " adopted December 19, 1977, this Council did approve such agreement; and WHEREAS, subsequent thereto, factual circumstances have changed causing the need to revise said agreement with respect to the date of closing said transaction, method and time for payme�t of consideration, and other matters; and WHEREAS, a revised agreement has been presented to this Council reflecting said changes; NOW, THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: l. That certain agreement entitled "Settlement Agreement" (form dated 1/13/78 Rev. ) , by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California, Prudential Guaranty Corporation, a California corporation, Mr. and r�irs. P�orley Turner, individually and as officers and directors of Prudential Guaranty Corporation, Great Western Savings & Loan Association, a corporation, and Soil Engineering Construction, Inc. , a California corporation, providing for the sale of Lots 13, 14 and 15, Block l, Farm Hill Subdivision Pdo. 5, and settlement of that certain lawsuit captioned Prudential Guaranty Corporation, a California corporation v. City of Redwood City, et al. (S.M. Cnty Sup'r Ct. No. 204590) , a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk '7 9 81 .. ,n.� .K�.m. ., �..� � � ... _ _
