<br /> MINUTE ORDER <br /> REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY MEETING <br /> CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> May 24.2004 <br /> MO RD 04-09 <br />CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br />Redwood City <br />DATE: May 26, 2004 <br />Attention: City Attorney <br /> Redevelopment Department <br />SUBJECT: Two Exclusive Right to Negotiate Agreements for the EI <br /> CaminoNera Street Affordable Housing Development Project <br /> - CITY COUNCIL AND REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br />AGENDA ITEM: 6.1 B (304 & 405) (Also see MO 04-92) <br />Joint City Council and Redevelopment Agency Meeting of the City of Redwood <br />City on May 24, 2004. <br />Present: Directors Bain, Foust, Hartnett, Howard, Ruskin, Vice Chair Pierce and <br />Chair person Ira <br />Absent: None <br />The following motion was made, carried and entered on the Minutes <br />MIS HartnetU Foust <br />1) To approve the Exclusive Right to Negotiate with First Community Housing <br />2) To approve the Exclusive Right to Negotiate with Peninsula Habitat <br />for Humanity; and <br />3) To authorize the City Manager and the Executive Director to <br />execute the two Exclusive Right to Negotiate agreements and to begin <br />negotiating the development and disposition agreements with First <br />Community Housing and Peninsula Habitat for Humanity. <br />The motion passed by a unanimous roll call vote by all those present. <br />~~ ~ ~ Oð C9MJ.- <br />Redevelopment Agency Secretary <br />
