<br /> GRANT OF REVOCABLE PERMIT O/ì/G!JI4 <br /> FOR JI It ~ <br /> (HERKNER SWIM POOL) <br />This Permit, e/fective as of ~, 2003, grants permission to <br />the Menlo Masters/Team Sheeper, ("Permittee"), to use certain facilities at the property <br />known as 1315 Madison Avenue, Redwood City, California, and also known as the <br />Herkner Swim Pool (the "Facilities"), owned by the City of Redwood City ("City"), under <br />the terms and conditions set forth below. <br />This revocable permit (the "Permit") is granted subject to the following terms and <br />conditions: <br />1. Use: Services. <br /> <br />(a) Permittee's Duties: <br /> <br />(i) Permittee shall have the exclusive use of the Facilities from October 13th, <br />2003 to December 31st, 2004; with the exception of use between June ih, 2004 and <br />August 31st, 2004 due to City's summer swim programs. The City will reserve the right <br />for final decisions on time of use during that period, and will be discussed and finalized <br />with Permittee at an agreed upon date. Additionally, the City must have use of Herkner <br />Pool for its annual Lifeguard training classes on consecutive weekends in March and <br />April. Times for the Lifeguard classes are to be determined and will be discussed with <br />Permittee. <br />(ii) Permittee shall staff the Facilities with Menlo MastersfTeam Sheeper <br />approved coaches, as determined by the Director of Parks and Recreation. <br />(iii) Permittee shall be responsible for opening and closing the Facilities. <br />F: Atty IPe rmits/Permit. 006 <br />091003 1 <br />
