The tota.l amount of rnoney to be raised by taxa- <br /> tion upon the taxab le property within the City of Redwood City <br /> to provide revenue to meet the general municipal expenses and to <br /> carry on the various departments of said City for the fiscal year <br /> July 1, 1961-June 30, 1962; to pay the interest and principal upon <br /> all of the outstanding bonded indebtedness of said City, due and <br /> becoming payab le during said f iscal year; to maintain the public <br /> library of said City during said fiscal year; and to provide funds <br /> for the City's contribution to the retirement plan voted at the <br /> municipal election on April 9, 1940; is hereby f ixed at the total <br /> sum of One Million, Three Hundred Fifty-three Thousand, Three <br /> Fiundred Ninety Dollars ($1,353,390.00) . <br /> SECTION 2. The following general and special tax rates �or <br /> the areas hereinafter set forth are hereby levied and fixed for <br /> the fiscal year July 1, 1961-June 30, 1962, to raise the total <br /> revenues set forth in Section 1 hereof in the amounts set forth <br /> herein as follows, to wit: <br /> (a) Nine Hundred Eighty-six Thousand Seven Hundred Ten Dollars <br /> ($986,710.00) to meet the general municipal e�enses during said <br /> fiscal year and for deposit in the General Fund of said City, <br /> and the general municipal tax rate therefor is hereby levied and <br /> ..,�,..,��,_�T....��M.�,.��..�,>�.�.,,�.�N�....,. � ...��.�>�M4.,�t.�_.�_ .. .�,__ <br />
