" � y�"���` <br /> ORDINANCE APPROPRLATING TAE SUM OF $20,000 FROM THE <br /> UNBUDGETED, UDTAPPROPitIATED BALANCE 4F THE GENERAL FUND <br /> T4 THE SPECIAL ASSESSMENT DISTRICT REVOLVING FUND FOR <br /> THE PURFOSE OF ACQIIIRING PR4FERTY AND CONTRACTING FOR <br /> ENGINEERING, APP°RAISAL, RIGHT-OF 3nT'AY� ACQUISITION AND <br /> LEGAL SERVICES NECESSARY FOR THE FC3RMATION OF SFECTAT, <br /> A�SESSMENT DISTRICTS <br /> WHEREAS, on March 16, 1959, the Council adopted Resolution <br /> No. 2665, entitled "Resolution Authorizing City Manager to Contract <br /> for Expert Fersonal Services in Connection with Formation of Local <br /> Special Assessment Districts; Creating Special Assessment District <br /> Revolving Fund; and, Appropriating Sum of $�� 000 from Unappropriated <br /> Balance of the General Fund to Special Assessment District Revolving <br /> Fund, " creating the Special Assessment District Revolving Fund for <br /> the payment of fees and expenses incurred by the City of Redwood <br /> City in connection with special assessment district proceedings; and, <br /> WAEREAS, it is necessary to appropriate the sum of Twenty <br /> Thousand Dollars ($20, 000) to said Fund for the contracting for <br /> special services and acquisition of property; <br /> NCJ�T, THEREF ORE; <br /> THE CQUNCIL OF REDI�iOQD CITY DQES ORDAIN AS P`OLLOWS: <br /> SECTION 1. The sum of Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20, 000) is <br /> hereby appropriated from the unbudgeted, unappropriated balance <br /> of the General Fund to the Special Assessment District Revolving <br /> Fund established by Resolution No. 2665, adopted March 16, 1959, <br /> as amended, for the purpose of acquiring property and contracting <br /> for services necessary to the formation and completion of special <br /> assessment districts, as set forth in said Resolution No. 2665. <br /> SECTION 2.
