The sum of six thousand dollars ($6,000.00) is hereby <br /> appropriated from the unbudgeted unappropriated balance of the <br /> General Fund to the General Government account, for the purpose <br /> of providing for costs and expenses in connection with City <br /> employees group life and disability insurance, for expenditure <br /> during the fiscal year July 1, 1961-June 30, 19b2, and shall <br /> be in addition to all sums heretofore appropriated for such <br /> purposes during the fiscal year July l, 1961-June 30, 1962. <br /> 2.
