REG:yc:8/9/62-7 <br /> ������ <br /> �_����� <br /> O R D I N A N C E N O. <br /> ORDINANCE AN�NDING SECTION 2 OF ORDINANCE <br /> NO. 964 RELATING TO THE TERMS OF MEMBERS <br /> OF THE BOARD OF BUILDING REVIEW <br /> THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> SECTION 1. Section 2 of Ordinance No. 964, entitled "An <br /> Ordinance Estab lishing a Board of Building Review, Providing <br /> for the Method of Appeal and Providing for the Adoption of Pro- <br /> cedural Rules," adopted March 21, 1960, is hereby amended to <br /> read as follows: <br /> � "Section 2. Appointments. The members of the Board <br /> of Building Review shall be appointed by the City Council. <br /> The term of office for each member shall be £our years." <br /> SECTION 2. The term of those Board members appointed to <br /> the Board of Building Review in May, 1962, shall terminate on <br /> April 30, 1966. The terms of all other members shall terminate <br /> on April 30, 1964. <br /> SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be effective 30 days after <br /> its adoption. <br /> * * * <br />
