Section 181 of Ordinance No. 758, entitled <br /> `�An Ordinance Regulating Traffic on the Streets of Redwood City, K <br /> adopted February l, 1954, as amended, is hereby amended to read <br /> as tollows: <br /> "SECTION 1$1. Decrease of State Law Maximum S eed. <br /> It is hereby determined upon the basis of an engineering <br /> and traffic investigation that the speed permitted by <br /> State law outside of business and residential districts <br /> as applicable upon the following streets is greater than <br /> is reasonable or safe under the conditions found to exist <br /> upon such streets, and it is hereby declared that the prima <br /> facie speed limit shall be as herein set forth on those <br /> streets or parts of streets herein designated when signs <br /> are erected giving notice hereof: <br /> (a) Harbor Boulevard. Declared prima facie speed limit <br /> - 35 MPH. <br /> (b) Industrial Way, between the northerly limits of the <br /> City of Redwood City and Whipple Avenue. Declared <br /> prima facie speed limit - 35 MPH. <br /> (c) Frontage Road on the south side of Bayshore Freeway, <br /> between Mar�sh Road and that certain alley situate <br /> 200 feet west of Second Avenue. Declared prima <br /> facie speed limit - 35 MPH. <br /> (d) Veterans Boulevard, between Whipple Avenue and Main <br /> Street. Declared prima facie speed limit - 35 MPH. " <br /> SECTION 2.
