REG.ek 3/25/63-7 <br /> '' ``,`.�,��.��°� <br /> O R D I N A N C E N O. �"'`` '-'� ' <br /> ORDINANCE CANCELLING AFPtROFRIATION OF $7, 368 <br /> FOR GREATER HIGH�TAY COUNTY-CTTY SURVEY <br /> �REAS, the official budget of the City of Redwood City <br /> for the fiscal year July l, 1962-June 30, 1963, appropriated the <br /> � sum of seven thousand three hundred sixty-eight dollars ($7, �68) <br /> for the purpose of providing for a "Greater� Highway County-City <br /> Survey� ; and, <br /> �I�REAS, this Council has been informed that all expenses <br /> in connection with such survey will be borne in their entirety <br /> by the County of San Mateo and that the City of Redwood City will <br /> not be obligated to expend any funds in connection therewith; and, <br /> WI�REA�, it is the intention and desire of this Council to <br /> cancel said appropriation in the amount of $7, 368, allowing said <br /> funds to revert to the unappropriated unbudgeted balance of the <br /> General Fund; <br /> NUW, THERE�ORE; <br /> THE COUNCIL OF REDIni00D CITY DOES ORDAIN Au FOLLOTr,�S: <br /> SECTION 1. That certai.n appropriation set forth in the <br /> General Government appropriations in the final certified budget <br /> of the City of Redwood City for the fiscal year July 1, 1962- <br /> June 30, 1963, in the total amount of seven thousand three hundred <br /> sixty-eight dollars ($7, 368) for a "Greater Highway County-City <br /> Survey, " is hereby cancelled. <br /> SECTION 2.
