` . `�r REG:yc:7/18/63-10 COM-O � O R D I N A N C E N O. � ��- — � — — — — — — — — — AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AP- PROVING TFiE ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY OF CERTAIN UNINHABITED TERRITORY DESIGNATED " WOODSIDE RQAD ANNEXATION NO. 1 " AND HEREIN DESCRIBED, AND HEREIN ANNEXING SAID TERRITORY TO SAID CITY OF REDWOOD CITY THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: W�REAS, on the lOth day of June , 19 F3 , the Council of the City of Redwood City adopted Resolution No. 4013 giving notice of, and declaring its intention to, initiate upon its own motion proceedings to annex to the City of Redwood City all of the territory designated as "Woodside Road Annexa.tion No. 1 �� ; and WHEREAS, this Council has received evidence showing, and has found, and again f inds, that a written description of the proposal to annex said territory to the City of Redwood City was filed with the Secretary of the Boundary Commission of San Mateo County, California, on December 7 , 19 62 , and that said Boundary Commission has prepared, or caused to be prepared, a report on said annexation proposal as required by law, and that said Boundary Commission has approved the boundaries of said proposed annexation; and has received evidence showing, and has found, and again finds, that the aforementioned action of the Counc il initiating the an- nexation of the herein described territory: upon its own motion, was not commenced until after said written description of the proposal for said annexation was filed with the Secretary of the San Mateo County Boundary Commiss��n, and until after said Com- mission made, or caused to be made, its report and approved said boundaries; and WHEREAS, this Council has further received evidence showing, and has found, and again finds: (1) That said territory is situate immediatelY adjacent to � �� ,�..a _� �ac� .. . . . . .,... .....�....,..,,.,...»H�w.«..»r . . . .. ... . ... . .,. . . rt«. ..._., ..,..�. ,.._,.,......�..»w.�.:..��..
