� ORIGINAL AGREEMENT COMMUNITY OVERCOMING RELATIONSHIP ABUSE THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this �� day of 15, by and befinreen the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a charter city and municipal corporation of the State of Califomia ("City") and COMMUNITY OVERCOMING RELATIONSHIP ABUSE (CORA), a Califomia nonprofit organization ("Contractor"; collectively the "Parties"). WITNESSETH: WHEREAS, Contractor provides certain services through programs, including the program described in Exhibits "A" ("Program & Quantitative Goals"), and "B" ("Program Budget"), attached hereto and made a part hereof; and WHEREAS, Contractor has requested financial assistance in order to conduct the program described in Exhibit A for residents of City during the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2015, and ending June 30, 2016 (the "Fiscal Year"); and NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties hereby agree as follows: 1. FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE. City will allocate to Contractor the sum of Fifteen Thousand Four Hundred Seventy Seven and No/100 Dollars ($15,477) for exclusive use by Contractor during the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2015, and ending June 30, 2016, solely for the purposes described in Paragraph 2. 2. USE OF FUNDS. Contractor will use the funds provided pursuant to Paragraph 1 solely for the Project objectives described in Exhibit A and Exhibit B, attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. 3. CHANGES TO PROJECT. No changes in the Project described in this Agreement which is funded by the financial assistance provided under Paragraph 1 will be made without the prior written consent of City.
