.., ��W�I�YI�IwM1��ry�YbY��r � �•.._"- ._- � <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> EL CONCILIO OF SAN MATEO COUNTY <br /> (Single Family Energy Efficiency Program) <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this�day of T�ii� <br /> 2015, by and befinreen the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a charter city and municipal <br /> corporation of the State of California ("City") and EL CONCILIO OF SAN MATEO <br /> COUNTY, a California nonprofit organization ("Contractor"; collectively the <br /> "Parties"). <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> WHEREAS, Contractor provides certain services through programs, <br /> including the program described in Exhibits "A" ("Program & Quantitative Goals"), <br /> and "B" ("Program BudgeY'), attached hereto and made a part hereof; and <br /> WHEREAS, Contractor has requested financial assistance in order to <br /> conduct the program described in Exhibit A for residents of City du�ing the fiscal <br /> year commencing July 1, 2015, and ending June 30, 2016 (the "Fiscal Year"); and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties hereby agree as follows: <br /> 1. FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE. City will allocate to Contractor the sum of <br /> Forty Five Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($45,000.00) for exclusive use by <br /> Contractor during the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2015, and ending June 30, <br /> 2016, solely for the purposes described in Paragraph 2. <br /> 2. USE OF FUNDS. Contractor will use the funds provided pursuant to <br /> Paragraph 1 solely for the Project objectives described in Exhibit A and Exhibit B, <br /> attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. <br /> 3. CHANGES TO PROJECT.
