03/28/2016 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2421 <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT TO THE CONTRACT <br /> BETWEEN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY AND THE BOARD OF ADMINISTRATION OF THE <br /> CALIFORNIA PUBLIC EMPLOYEES' RETIREMENT SYSTEM <br /> FOR TIER 1 AND TIER 2 INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF <br /> FIRE FIGHTERS LOCAL 2400 MEMBERS <br /> The City Council of the City of Redwood City does ordain as follows: <br /> Section 1 . That an amendment to the contract between the City Council of <br /> Redwood City and the Board of Administration , California Public Employees' Retirement <br /> System is hereby authorized , a copy of said amendment being attached hereto, marked <br /> Exhibit Al and by such reference made a part hereof as though herein set out in full . <br /> Section 2. The Mayor of the City Council is hereby authorized , empowered and <br /> directed to execute said amendment for and on behalf of the Agency. <br /> Section 3 . The City Clerk shall publish this Ordinance in accordance with the <br /> provisions of the City Charter. <br /> Section 4.
