R E S O L U T I O N N O . 7766 76 6 <br /> MSR : yc : 2/14/ 77 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AMEND- <br /> MENT TO AGREEMENT FOR DENTAL CARE SERVICE FOR EMPLOYEES <br /> OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> FEB 14 1977 <br /> WHEREAS , there has been presented to this Council a proposal <br /> to amend an agreement by and between the City of Redwood City and <br /> California Dental Service , a non-profit corporation , for the <br /> provision of dental care service for the employees of the City of <br /> Redwood City , and it is the intention and desire of this Council <br /> to approve an amendment to said contract and authorize the execution <br /> of such amendment ; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE ; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY , <br /> AS FOLLOWS : <br /> That certain amendment to dental care service agreement <br /> entitled " Amendment to Agreement - CDS Group # 2105 , " consisting <br /> of amendment to agreement , recitals , general agreements , termination <br /> for non-payment , appendices C and D and " Exhibit 1 , " by and between <br /> the City of Redwood City and California Dental Service , in form to <br /> be approved by the City Attorney , is hereby approved , and the City <br /> Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement <br /> for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City . <br />
