R E S O L U T I O N N O . 7764 4 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING LEASE AGREEMENT AND BIDDING <br /> DOCUMENTS FOR LAND AND IMPROVEMENTS IN VICINITY OF <br /> VETERANS BOULEVARD AND WALNUT STREET ; AND AUTHORIZING <br /> CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> MSR : yc : 2/10/77 <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> FEB 14 1977 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY , <br /> AS FOLLOWS : <br /> 1 . That certain lease agreement entitled " Lease Agreement - <br /> Property in Vicinity of Veterans Boulevard and Walnut Street , " and <br /> those certain bid documents relative thereto , consisting of Notice <br /> to Bidders , Instructions to Bidders , and Proposal , a copy of which <br /> is on file in the office of the City Clerk , to which copy reference <br /> is hereby made for the full particulars thereof , are hereby approved . <br /> 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> advertise the lease of the premises described in the Lease Agreement <br /> in accordance with Section 3- 1/2 of the Charter of the City of <br /> Redwood City . <br /> 7 76 4 <br />
