Oracle Corporation, a Delaware j <br /> corporation ("Oracle"), is the current fee owner of the real properties known as 200 Oracle { <br /> Parkway and 400 Oracle Parkway,Redwood City, California, 94065,as described in Exhibit"B" ? <br /> attached hereto(the"Oracle Campus Property"). � <br /> i <br /> Prior to the date hereof, an application was submitted to the City of Redwood City j <br /> ("City") seeking approval from the City of a Planned Development Amendment, including <br /> setback and parking modifications, Tentative Map, Use Permit, and Architectural Permit, to ; <br /> construct a new 2-story 64,000 sq. ft. high school for Design Tech on the Property (the ' <br /> "Project"). The Oracle Campus Property will provide sanitary sewer and potable water service <br /> to the Property. ' <br /> � <br /> � <br /> On May 3, 2016, the City of Redwood City Planning Commission passed Resolution No. <br /> 16-07 approving the Project subject to specified Conditions of Approval.
