AEC :yc :2/2/59-7 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 929 <br /> ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF FOURTEEN THOUSAND FIVE <br /> HUNDRED AND FIFTY-ONE DOLLARS ($14,551) FROM THE SEWER <br /> RENTAL FUND TO THE CAPITAL FUND, 1958 SEWER BOND SERIES <br /> ACCOUNT, FOR THE PURPOSE OF THE PAYMENT OF INTEREST ON <br /> 1958 SEWER BONDS <br /> • WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 9 of Ordinance No. 856, entitled <br /> "An Ordinance Establishing mules, Regulations and Charges in Connec- <br /> tion With the City Sanitary Sewer Facilities ; and Repealing Ord- <br /> inance No. 596, Adopted August 2, 1948, " adopted May , 1957, as <br /> amended, provides for the establishment of a fund known as the <br /> "Sewer Rental Fund" into which all moneys received from the collec- <br /> tion of sewer rental charges are deposited; and <br /> WHEREAS, the above mentioned Section 9 of Ordinance No. 85€ <br /> provides that the moneys in said Sewer Rental Fund shall be used <br /> only for the payment of bond redemption and interest charges for <br /> sewer facilities; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is necessary that the sum of Fourteen Thousand <br /> Five Hundred and Fifty-one Dollars be appropriated from said fund <br /> to pay a portion of the interest due on 1956 sewer bond issues; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE : <br /> THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS : <br /> Section 1. The sum of Fourteen Thousand Five Hundred and <br /> Fifty-one Dollars is hereby appropriated from the Sewer Rental Fund <br /> established by Section 9 of Ordinance No. 856, entitled "An Ord- <br /> inance Establishing Rules, Regulations and Charges in Connection <br /> with the City Sanitary Sewer Facilities; and Repealing Ordinance <br /> No. 598, Adopted August 2, 1948, " adopted May 6, 1957, as amended, <br /> to the Capital Fund, 1958 Sewer Bond Series Account, for the pur- <br /> pose of paying bond interest on 1958 sewer bond issues. <br /> Section 2. All of the sums appropriated herein are in addi- <br /> tion to any and all sums heretofore appropriated to the account <br /> designated. <br /> Section 3. This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days <br /> after its adoption. <br /> 4c �. �c <br />
